Carol Cole’s jewellery is rooted in storytelling, legacy and cultural pride. Of Jamaican heritage, Carol draws inspiration from culture, music, fashion and art, designing modernist elegant, expressive pieces that honour individuality and personal heritage. Her creative journey began after a career in media as a PA to industry executives at MTV, Capital Radio and The Guardian. In 2006, she enrolled in evening jewellery courses, later training at Flux Jewellery School under Vicky Forrester. In 2017, she launched Darcy & Jazz Jewellery (rebranding in 2022), debuting with three Sterling silver collections, including her evolving Adinkra series. A 2021 alumna of the RRH Diamond Academy, Carol also completed the De Beers Diamond Foundation course. She has exhibited at New York Jewellery Week and continues to push boundaries in fine jewellery, creating pieces that celebrate identity, culture, heritage and self-expression.

Effie and Martha, two vibrant yet contrasting forces. Effie, stylish and outspoken Kingstonian glamour, lived life unapologetically on her own terms. Martha, by contrast, was a nurturing presence – deeply rooted in her community. Extending beyond family, the collection also pays homage to cultural trailblazers that have long been a source of inspiration, including the iconic Grace Jones, whose visual provocation redefined avant-garde femininity and Erykah Badu, the mystic and fluid, whose cosmic frequency feels like re-connecting with an old friend. A modernist and wearable collection, encompassing stories passed on. The Seven Aunties Collection reminds us: personal history is power. And legacy? It should be limitless.
